Right of Withdrawal / Returns
Under Swedish law, customers have the right to withdraw from or return an online purchase within 14 days of receiving the artwork. This right does not apply to purchases made via bank transfer or to works acquired directly from us at an art fair.
The painting (including its frame) must be returned in the same condition as when it was delivered. When exercising the right of withdrawal, the customer is responsible for all return costs, including shipping and insurance.
Refunds will be issued once the artwork has been received and inspected, provided it is in the same condition as at the time of delivery.
Exchanges
If you are exchanging an artwork, delivery times for the replacement piece may vary depending on your location.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
